Directions for Use:

Heat Method: Soak Sea Moss in warm water for 20 minutes. Rinse again, then add to a pot with water (1 cup Sea Moss to 1/4 cup water). Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and let sit for 20 minutes. Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed.

No Heat Method: Soak Sea Moss in warm purified water for 6 to 36 hours until soft and gelatinous. Rinse, then blend with water (1 cup Sea Moss to 1.5-2 cups water). Add more water if necessary to achieve a smooth, creamy texture. If not soft, use the heat method.
Storage: Refrigerate or freeze immediately after preparation. Sea Moss gel lasts up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator and up to 1 year in the freezer.
